Ours is a family company founded in 1955, characterized of a half-century's experience in the art of milling. The milling technique provides a constant quality product which remains unaltered throughout all generations.

In 2000 the mill has been certified in organic proÂduction by implementing a series of natural stone milÂls â€œLa FertÃ¨â€ of ancient and historical value, and inserÂting in its product portfolio innovative products, gluten free products and products derived from ancient grains.
We also sell a line of organic pasta, made of Sicilian durum wheat semolina. The dough is obtained by using the water from the springs of the Madonie Park, which is constantly monitored in order to ensure a healthy and genuine product.
