Medipesca S.r.l. is the outcome of three generations of entrepreneurs operating in the fishing and fish processing industry in the Mediterranean Sea. The groundbreaking plant is based in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily. We specialise in the food-processing of the finest fish species, operating an extremely rigorous selection process and enhancing the most unique characteristics of species that grow exclusively in the Mediterranean Sea. Today, Medipesca is equipped with a modern and innovative plant for the processing, packaging and preservation of fish products, where optimal working standards are used to preserve the finest quality and taste of each species.The great success of Medipesca on the national and international markets can be attributed to several factors: firstly the meticulous attention and quality that is placed on our fish selection process. Secondly, our selective supply is fished using our own fishing boats and the fleet of Mazara del Vallo. Thirdly, careful monitoring is used during the production stages and finally, impeccable care is used during the product packaging process.
